He has also played a pivotal role in creating innovative strategies and programs aimed at fostering a more diverse technology community.

After five years of working within one of the world's most dynamic and fast-growing recruiting organizations and spearheading globally impactful Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) programs, Donta was inspired to leverage the knowledge gained at Amazon to make a global impact.

Donta recognized the need for Interviewing Coaching, understanding that while professionals often upscale their technical and business skills, they rarely focus on improving their interviewing abilities.
